Terms & Conditions

By registering an account or applying for membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the Code of Conduct of European Crust Alliance™.

If you do not agree, you may not use the platform or the certification services.

Membership is open to businesses operating in the food sector across Europe. Approval is subject to verification of the information provided and to the payment of the membership fee corresponding to the selected tier.

Membership is personal to the registered company and may not be transferred.

Upon payment confirmation, the member receives a certificate, an invoice and a custom ECA plaque with an integrated QR code linking to their verified company profile.

The ECA plaque and certificate must be displayed in accordance with the brand guidelines. Misuse may result in suspension or revocation of membership.

Membership fees are charged according to the selected tier and are payable by card or bank transfer. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Membership is valid until the date indicated on the certificate and must be renewed to remain active.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the ECA name, logo and certification concept solely for the purpose of displaying their certified status.

Any other use, modification or commercialization of the brand requires prior written authorization.

ECA may suspend or terminate a membership in case of breach of these Terms, of the Code of Conduct, or of intellectual property rights.

ECA's liability is limited to the amount of the membership fee paid by the member in the current membership year.
