The certification process, step by step
Everything you need to know to become a European Crust Alliance™ member: the application steps, required documents and evaluation criteria.
The 5 steps
1. Online application
Complete the membership form with your company details: name, VAT number, country, address and contact information.
2. Document verification
The ECA team verifies eligibility and documents. You choose the package that fits your business.
3. Package selection & payment
Select your package (Standard, Professional, Premium, Corporate) and pay by card or bank transfer.
4. Certificate issuance
After payment confirmation, the certificate, member number and invoice are generated automatically.
5. QR & public profile
You receive your custom QR code and a configurable public profile with menu, contact, map and action buttons.

- Company registration certificate
- VAT number (if applicable)
- Proof of business address
- Contact details: person, phone, email
- Website / online ordering link (optional)
Evaluation criteria
- Legally registered company in Europe
- Complete and accurate details in the form
- Acceptance of the professional code of conduct
- Consent to data processing (GDPR)
- Payment of the corresponding membership fee
